Liver cancer is a malignant tumor that may cause jaundice (yellow skin and
eyes), pain, weight loss, or remain asymptomatic. It has a very aggressive
growth pattern and must be treated by experienced physicians. Liver cancer
requires a coordinated treatment plan that sometimes includes surgery,
chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Many liver cancers arise (start) from the
liver, including hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. For
