University Surgical Associates is in the TOP 10 PERCENT in Patient Satisfaction
University Surgical Associates, which includes the surgical oncologists in the Department of Surgery, recently attained the 92nd percentile in overall patient satisfaction. The results were based on Press Ganey’s patient satisfaction surveys given to patients from January – May 2009. They were the highest earned by a UofL practice group.

“Customer service is extremely important to us,” said USA CEO Tim Crockett. “We strive to always practice the Golden Rule and treat our patients as we would want to be treated if we were in their paddition to providing them with the best surgical care possible, they deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion.”
